About FRAYM

Discover a Smarter Way to Build in Bali

If you’ve ever built in Bali, you know how unpredictable traditional construction can be. Delays, changing crews, unclear timelines. We started FRAYM because we believed villa construction could be done differently.

Instead of relying on outdated concrete-only methods, we build using steel-based structural systems combined with panel construction technology. This allows faster house delivery, cleaner execution, greater control over every phase, and a premium, solid architectural exterior that reflects modern structural precision. For each stage of the project, we work with specialized contractors who focus strictly on their narrow scope — highly trained teams who refine the same discipline repeatedly until it is executed at a professional, consistent standard.
